Fences after Hurricane Ike
There have been several questions about fences.  This should answer the most common.
1.  Fences that have blown down between neighbors needs to be settled between the neighbors.  The Association does not have any authority to enforce or resolve disputes over fences.
2.  If you or replacing a fence to be the same as before the hurricane, approval by the Architectural Control Committee is not needed.

The deed restrictions require the all fences need to be of wood, masonry or wrought iron.  CHAIN LINK FENCES ARE NOT ALLOWED.  Chain link fences behind a wood fence so it is not visible to the public surrounding a swimming pool would not be a violation.

If you are considering a masonry or wrought iron fence that would need ACC approval, since all fences in the subdivision are currently of wood.  Any questions can be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Homeowners Help with Deed Restrictions
At the special meeting of Landing CIA homeowners held on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, the proposed new policy was approved.  As a result, the board will have this passed as a resolution and filed with the County Courthouse.

Homeowners are encouraged to report what they  believe to be violations. The guidelines for our deed restrictions can be viewed by clicking on this link.  Please be specific as to address, type of violation and if possible include a picture of the violation.  If you report a violation, and is not resolved, please report it again.

Please send them to the following email address:
